Halzamerians (Roxheans as their unofficial name or Regime of Xazanian Humanoid Entities compared to Alxerions which are Advanced) are one of the groups residing Xazania.being a "Nerian Faction",they also follow Alkhrus Nerium as their true leader.It was being headed by Gjeraiviah Zarkon (technically with Dhimeirann Hajkronz).Their only associate group were the Alxerions.

Whilst there are few Halzamerians existing in their group,surprisingly,Maxarias or minions of the group,is more powerful than that of the Encivil minions,but still the Encivil leaders are more powerful than the Maxaria leaders.Maxarian army population is said to be 1000.
